What to have:
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1/2 onion
1/2 green pepper
some olives
feta cheese
olive oil
salt
oregano
How to do it:
- You chop all the vegetables in small pieces
- Add the feta cheese and olives
- Add some olive oil and then season with salt and oregano
- Mix it with your hands, and it is ready!
Simple to make, but very healthy!
Extra tips:
! It can accompany any dish you like, or it can be the main dish as well.
! If you don't like any vegetables, you can skip adding them of course :).
